What Imago is, and is not
Imago is a spiritual formation dashboard: a mirror and a map for your walk with God. It measures your engagement with formation practices and reflects it back honestly. It is not the source of your formation, it is not a verdict on your standing with God, and it is not a substitute for church community, pastoral care, counseling, or medical or mental-health treatment. If you are in crisis, please reach a qualified professional or someone you trust; Imago is not built for that moment.
Your account
You need to be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your credentials to yourself. The honesty of your answers is yours to steward; the product only works when the mirror is looking at something true.
Billing, governed by the Fair Formation Promise
When paid plans launch, billing is governed by the Fair Formation Promise published at /promise: one-tap cancellation, an email before every renewal, prices stated as full honest figures, no ads ever, quiet after you leave, tiers that only add, and permanent grandfathering for beta members. If these terms and that promise ever conflict, the promise wins.
Your data
Your formation history belongs to you. The privacy policy at /privacy describes exactly what we hold and who can see it. You can export everything or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Use Imago for yourself, honestly. Do not probe or break the security that protects other people's spiritual lives, resell access, or use the service to harm others. We can suspend accounts that endanger other users' data, and we will tell you why.
The reflections are reflections
AI-generated pastoral reads describe patterns in your own data and ask questions. They are not divine guidance, not prophecy, not professional counsel, and they can be wrong. Weigh everything with Scripture, prayer, and your own community.
Warranties and liability, plainly
Imago is provided as-is, and we do not promise uninterrupted service, though we work hard at reliability. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect, plainly, the same way we email before a renewal.
