The Fair Formation Promise
Imago helps you see your formation honestly. The billing should be at least as honest as the mirror. These commitments are published so you can hold us to them.
1. Cancellation is one tap, always visible.
You can cancel from your settings in one step, any time, with no retention maze, no phone call, and no guilt screen. Leaving should be as easy as joining.
2. We email you before every charge that is not routine.
Before any trial converts and before every annual renewal, you get a plain email with the amount, the date, and a one-click way to change your mind. Surprise charges have no place in a formation product.
3. Prices are stated as the full, honest figure.
Annual pricing is shown as the annual number. We will never advertise a per-week price to make a year look small.
4. No ads, ever, to anyone.
Your spiritual life is not an advertising surface. Paying or not, you will never see an ad in Imago, and your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
5. When you leave, we go quiet.
A cancelled or deleted account receives no win-back nudges and no notification pressure. If you come back, it will be because you wanted to.
6. Tiers only ever add. They never take away.
A feature you have on your plan today will not be moved behind a higher paywall tomorrow. Upgrades add value. They never ransom what you already had.
7. Beta members are grandfathered into Imago Plus. Permanently.
If you walked with Imago through its beta season, you keep Imago Plus at no cost for as long as your account exists. This is in writing, and it does not expire.
8. Your formation history is yours.
You can export everything at any time, in a readable form and a machine-readable form. Deleting your account deletes your data. Your interior life is not our asset.
